Mas de Daumas Gassac多瑪士卡薩克酒廠成立於1970年，主人Aime Guibert 在1974年開始種下了第一株的葡萄藤，並在釀酒師Emile Peyhaud的協助下，於1978年釀產第一個年份，果然Daumas Gassac征服了全世界人的味蕾，讓大家對他的酒競相收藏，因此成為全法國最好、最貴也最富盛名的Vin de Pays d’Oc(地區葡萄酒)。
酒廠位於南法Languedoc－Roussillon蘭格多克與魯西雍區，此區是全世界面積最大的葡萄園，主要的葡萄品種以：Grenache、Syrah、Carignan、 Mourvèdre為主，但Daumas還添加了其他國際著名的品種：Cabernet Sauvignon、Merlot、Cabernet Franc以及Pinot Noir等，以增加酒體獨特性，雖不符合當地A.O.C的規範，但酒質遠遠超過其上，甚至達到Grand Cru的優質水準，讓您徹底對Vin de Pays 改觀。
