Jean Grivot 出品純淨精緻,具陳年實力,是產區內公認頂尖酒莊。
酒莊一共擁有面積約10公頃的葡萄園，全部是有機摘種，以正統布根地葡萄酒釀造。此外，葡萄園採用人工的方式進行修剪枝葉和採摘葡萄。

The Grivot 2000s are also outstanding wines and with the exception of the Beaux Monts, all of the promise that they showed from cask has made it into bottle intact.
Tasting note: Classic young Brulées in character with its austere, very backward and tight black fruit and chalky earth aromas and muscular, taut, medium weight flavors underpinned by dense but ripe tannic structure and exceptional length. This is linear and almost bruising in style though there is plenty of mid-palate sap to eventually buffer the structure though this is a wine that will require some patience.

Tasting note: Reduction on the nose with underlying sauvage and animale notes though this may change once the wine is racked as these sorts of aromas are not typical of Brulées. What is typical though are the big, rich, robust and powerful flavors underpinned by very firm but not hard tannins buffered by buckets of sappy pinot extract. This is one big if not quite massive wine that finishes with subtle hints of mocha.
