Tasting note: There is a touch of herbal tea character on the pretty and fresh red berry fruit and gentle earth nuanced nose. The round, delicious and solidly voluminous flavors possess a caressing mid-palate texture along with a hint of minerality on the youthfully austere and mildly tangy finale.

Tasting note: A fresh and quite peppery nose speaks mostly of red currant and earth. The delicious and wonderfully vibrant lighter weight flavors possess fine definition on the lingering finale that just makes one feel like drinking it. This is built on its fruit but no less interesting for it.

Tasting note: This is almost always an excellent wine in the context of its place in the Burgundian hierarchy and 2020 is no exception. There is excellent freshness to the airy and ripe dark berry fruit aromas that are liberally laced by earth and discreet spice wisps. The racy and appealingly textured middle weight flavors possess solid depth and persistence on the balanced finale. As is usually the case, this should readily permit early accessibility.

Tasting note: A ripe dark fruited and spicy nose precedes the impressively dense and voluminous flavors that possess very good weight for a Bourgogne, all wrapped in a saline, firm and focused finale. This is potentially very good for the appellation and worth a look.

Tasting note: A very ripe nose features notes of plum, cassis, black cherry and soft earth influences. There is fine volume and acceptable verve to the concentrated and delicious flavors that display a touch of bitter cherry pit character on the ever-so-slightly warm finale. This is attractive but it would be fair to say that it’s very 2018 in style. |

Jean-Michel GUILLON，出於對葡萄酒的熱愛，1980年在Gevrey-Chambertin 村建立了自己的酒莊 。 在這裡，他師從當地酒農Rene Galland，從一片2.5公頃的葡萄園開始，逐漸發展到今天的13公頃土地。他的熱情和奉獻精神很快得到法國及世界傳媒的尊重和敬佩，他也被任命被為Gevrey-Chambertin 產區葡萄酒釀酒商聯盟主席。目前酒莊由 他與其子Alexis Guillon經營管理。

Dijon 自然派的超級新星 Domaine de la Cras
Domaine de la Cras位在法國布根地的重點觀光城市Dijon；布根地的政經中心。酒莊由Dijon市政府擁有。酒莊的釀酒師公開徵選，由才華出眾的自然派釀酒師Marc Soyard脫穎而出、並任莊主。其酒標上有個可愛的貓頭鷹，同時也是Dijon市的符號象徵。
Marc曾在超頂級 Jean-Yves Bizot的酒莊(Domaine Bizot)釀酒長達6年時間，Domaine Bizot是Vosne Romanee 的極品，它高調張揚又芬芳內斂的香氣讓人震撼，純正且複雜的果味輕易征服所有wine lover。Robert Parker：「毫無疑問，Jean-Yves Bizot 是值得被布根地愛好者銘記的釀酒師！」

Tasting note: A more restrained and slightly cooler nose is comprised by notes of plum, cassis and soft earth suggestions. The finer and nicely vibrant middle weight flavors evidence more minerality on the lingering finish that is also ever-so-mildly edgy along with a hint of dryness. Again, it’s hard to predict whether the edginess will dissipate.
