Bolgheri寶格麗產區簡介:
Bolgheri位於托斯卡納的海岸地區,是近年來義大利最著名的產區。全義大利最出色的紅酒,如Antinori, Ornellaia, Sassicaia等酒莊都位於此區。

美國權威葡萄酒雜誌Wine Spectator也以專文”Bolgheri Bloom”介紹該區的盛況。

Tasting Note; The 2012 Bolgheri Superiore Guado Al Tasso is a wine to fall in love with at first sight. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot offers enormous fullness and generosity that accompanies all the senses. The effect is seamless with thick extraction and richness that is contrasted against the tonic freshness of the fruit. The wine is creamy, soft and enduring. You can count on this vintage to age ten years or more.

Tasting Note; This is a fantastic wine. The 2013 Bolgheri Superiore Guado Al Tasso reveals soaring aromas of dark fruit, plum, blackberry, savory spice, tobacco and leather. The results are seamless, harmonious and generous in intensity. This is the quintessential red blend from Coastal Tuscany (made with 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot) and the 2013 vintage is particularly rooted in a profound sense of place. I am reminded of the macchia mediterranea, or Mediterranean shrub, that grows so wild and free in this relatively untouched part of Tuscany. This is an excellent wine that shows its winemaking pedigree, but make no mistake: It is a proud Tuscan at heart. Some 140,000 bottles are produced (which is pretty amazing considering the quality).

Tasting Note;The 2015 Bolgheri Superiore Guado Al Tasso is another star performer from a vintage that was tailor-made by some higher being specifically for the blended red wines of Tuscany. This mix of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot slides seamlessly right in there with our highest expectations of the iconic vintage. The wine offers beautiful intensity and purity, yet it also delivers balanced power and lasting persistence. This is a baritone expression from Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast with impenetrable black fruit, chocolate and tobacco followed by rich concentration and tightly knit texture. I tasted this wine next to a barrel sample of the unfinished 2016 vintage. This vintage appears more exuberant and opulent at this early stage. Some 120,000 bottles were made.

Tasting Note:The most structured Prado Enea ever. A reduced center palate that is so compact with dark fruit, dark mushrooms and cedary spice. Full body. Wonderfully polished tannins and a long, long finish. Electric acidity. Muscular and well toned. The is a new classic that reminds me of great Spanish wines from the 1940s and 1950s. Better after 2021, but already so impressive.

2011’ WA Rating:96’
Tasting Note:The most classical of the wines from Muga, the 2011 Prado Enea Gran Reserva comes from a warm year that here was cooler than 2012, when they did not produce it. There won’t be a 2013 either. So after this 2011, the following vintage will be 2014 but with fewer bottles and then 2015 and 2016. The wine has a developed nose with some tertiary notes, combined with some notes of ripe black fruit and sweet spices. It fees like an open, expressive and hedonistic year for Prado Enea. The palate reveals polished tannins and some balsamic and developed flavors, truffle, forest floor and hints of cigar ash and incense. Stylistically, this could be close to the 2006, which was also surprisingly fresh for the average ripeness found in Rioja in general. 92,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in early 2015 after almost 40 months in barrel. Time in bottle has polished the wine, and it’s ready to drink on release, but it’s a wine that is going to develop in bottle for a long time.

成熟的深色漿果氣息乃是此酒的特色!本年份的氣候上相對的苛刻,亦反映在酒體本身,我們可以很容易的發現酒體帶有豐富的單寧。經過七年多的陳年,單寧柔化後,完全的合為一體,並衍生出辛香料的氣息,清新的水果香氣與皮革氣味。輕輕品啜一口,便驚奇的感到酒香充滿整個口腔,尾韻悠長,並帶有菸草、丁香與黑胡椒的氣息。無庸置疑的,經過陳年後,整個酒體的表現會更好!

2013’ Tasting Panel Rating:98’
Tasting Note:VIK’s vineyards encompass 11,000 acres dispersed across 12 valleys. This wine, first released with the 2011 vintage, took ten years of research to develop, including more than 4,000 deep-soil studies to find the right terroir. Weather stations were installed to determine planting locations and the ideal exposure levels to wind and sun. This vintage, a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Carménère, 17% Cab Franc, and 2% Merlot, is an intense creature with a satin entry that exudes luxury. Aromas of lavender and rhubarb are accented by alluring hints of spiced red tea. Generous and vivacious, this well-structured red possesses freshness and a bountiful maturity that will last for a decade or more. This is what Chile can deliver at its finest.

Tasting Note: Aromas of flowers, currants, fresh mint and Thai basil. Full body, structured and muscular with a toned texture. Bright and dynamic on the finish. Tangy finish under the fruit and wet earth highlights. Mostly cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, syrah, carmenere and merlot. This needs at least three to four years to come around.
