HUGEL賀加爾酒莊位於法國阿爾薩斯產區，是最具歐陸風的地理位置，HUGEL 賀加爾酒莊於1639年成立，父子代代相傳，是財物獨立的家族事業，現有三名第12代家族成員管理。因為該地理位置，所以曾遭受過戰火的影響，也曾經歷過德國的統治，但是長期以來，HUGEL 賀加爾酒莊都堅持自己傳統的法國風格。也因居於內陸，屬於乾燥的氣候，所產出的葡萄酒都屬於緊實並且緊緻的香氣。
HUGEL賀加爾酒莊有數個等級的酒款，最受歡迎的基礎酒款Gentil(原文意思：多種高級品種混合)香緹白酒，數10年之後他所代表的意義是「回歸傳統」。它結合了Gewurztraminer格幕斯塔米納的辛香味，Pinot Gris白皮諾的結構以及Riesling麗思玲的細緻….混合多種品種的特性得到如此傑出高雅的香味口感。

2019’WinesCritic Rating:94’ Tasted: May 2021
Extremely complex on the nose it shows all of its energy and sensory depth from the start with notes of acacia, juniper, walnut husk, bergamot and litchee. A lot of lemon rind and grapefruit juice describe the central character of the matrix. Medium to full bodied, a balanced and harmonic structure and a finale of extreme beauty that demands a return to the glass. Great growth from this pure Chardonnay, one of the best from Tuscany. Drink now or hold.

Bright straw colour with gold shimmer. Enticing nose of ripe banana, delicate vanilla and creamy tones. Beautiful mix of wood, and white flowers. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a certain coolness. Very slight drying tannin that lingers.
