All at once, this is ripe, generous, cool and fragrant. A wide range of aromas, from lemon zest to honeysuckle. The joyful fruit and freshness make this juicy dry white so easy to enjoy, but the balance is also spot-on. Clearly the best vintage ever of this wine. |

HUGEL賀加爾酒莊位於法國阿爾薩斯產區，是最具歐陸風的地理位置，HUGEL 賀加爾酒莊於1639年成立，父子代代相傳，是財物獨立的家族事業，現有三名第12代家族成員管理。因為該地理位置，所以曾遭受過戰火的影響，也曾經歷過德國的統治，但是長期以來，HUGEL 賀加爾酒莊都堅持自己傳統的法國風格。也因居於內陸，屬於乾燥的氣候，所產出的葡萄酒都屬於緊實並且緊緻的香氣。
HUGEL賀加爾酒莊有數個等級的酒款，最受歡迎的基礎酒款Gentil(原文意思：多種高級品種混合)香緹白酒，數10年之後他所代表的意義是「回歸傳統」。它結合了Gewurztraminer格幕斯塔米納的辛香味，Pinot Gris白皮諾的結構以及Riesling麗思玲的細緻….混合多種品種的特性得到如此傑出高雅的香味口感。

2019’WinesCritic Rating:94’ Tasted: May 2021
Extremely complex on the nose it shows all of its energy and sensory depth from the start with notes of acacia, juniper, walnut husk, bergamot and litchee. A lot of lemon rind and grapefruit juice describe the central character of the matrix. Medium to full bodied, a balanced and harmonic structure and a finale of extreme beauty that demands a return to the glass. Great growth from this pure Chardonnay, one of the best from Tuscany. Drink now or hold.

Ricasoli家族於12世紀創立Barone Ricasoli酒莊，並且於20世紀末重新取得酒莊所有權；目前酒莊是由第32代男爵Francesco Ricasoli掌管，生產的酒款-屢獲獎賞，躋身義大利佳釀之最。
