TECHNICAL INFORMATION / 釀酒資訊 The base wine for refermentation is obtained by scrupulous vinification of grapes from the hill country around Treviso. Refermentation in pressure tanks at controlled temperatures of 15-18 °C is unhurried, taking about three weeks, and is followed by prolonged lees contact. 嚴選來自Treviso附近山丘上的葡萄釀製,在壓力槽當中以15~18度的低溫緩慢的進行二次發酵,經過約三週完成二次發酵以後,繼續酵母沉澱物與酒液靜至在一起以增添更多複雜風味。
TASTING NOTE/ 風味 Persistent streams of tiny bubbles herald fascinatingly elegant aromas of spring flowers mingling with subtle hints of fresh, pear and apple-like fruit.
