Note: from vines that face due south
Tasting note: Here the nose is riper still with a whiff of exoticism to the aromas of pear compote combining with attractive notes of shellfish and sea breeze. There is excellent volume and mid-palate density to the fleshy and saline larger-scaled flavors that terminate in an agreeably dry and impressively long finale. This should be excellent in time. |

『也許，你也聽過合作社酒廠的壞名聲，但是，絕對不要錯過這一家。』
在法國七百多家合作社中，卻有一家特別迷人，釀造非常多精彩的白酒。這家稱為La Chablisienne的合作社位在布根地(Bourgogne)北部的夏布利(Chablis)鎮上。這邊的山坡上滿佈著內含許多小貝殼化石的Kimmeridgen石灰質土壤和岩塊，讓這邊產的夏多內不只多酸，而且常有非常特別的礦石香氣。夏多內也許到處都有，但是，要能有像夏布利風味這樣酸味有勁，香氣清冽讓人喝了精神振奮的，卻只有在此鎮邊附近的葡萄園才產得出來。
La Chablisienne做為釀酒合作社自然表現了夏布利最典型的礦石風味。酒廠位在鎮邊，擁有6個特級葡萄園以及10個一級園..等。

Tasting note: Notes of roasted nut, acacia, carnation, green apple and citrus introduce racy and beautifully delineated middle weight flavors that culminate in a super-sleek, clean, youthfully austere, chiseled and bone-dry finish. While I very much like the delivery, at least some patience will be required in the hopes that better depth will progressively develop. I would underscore that my rating of this very pretty Meursault villages offers the benefit of the doubt that this will occur over time.

Tasting note: Smoky notes of mineral reduction, hazel nut and acacia blossom lead to attractively textured, well-detailed and vibrant middle weight flavors that conclude in a saline-suffused and equally dry finale. This too is a very fine villages level wine that merits your attention.

Tasting note: Relatively firm reduction renders the nose difficult to assess so I would recommend decanting it if you’re tempted to try a bottle upon release. The mouthfeel of the middle weight flavors is rich to the point of being lush though the finish is clean, agreeably dry and notably more complex than the Houillères. This should be quite good once the reduction dissipates.

前年產量僅55,000瓶-其中70%為白酒-30%為紅酒
酒莊早在2004年就完全棄用除草劑(desherbant)，而開始為紅葡萄設計種植排列表以抑制數量。如果把種種革新放在一塊兒看，就會發現Domaine Morey-Coffinet實在是Côté de Beaune裡最迷人的酒莊之一。
莫爾索（Meursault）是伯恩丘（Cote de Beaune）的一個村莊，與其鄰近的普裡尼-蒙哈榭（Puligny-Montrachet）村莊，堪稱是勃艮第最精彩的2個白酒產區。
這裡95%都是白葡萄酒，占金丘總產酒量的1/3。大體而言，產區白葡萄酒呈金綠色或者金絲雀黃，隨著逐漸熟成，顏色會偏銅色，酒液清澈透明而又光彩奪目，年輕時有烤杏仁和榛子的味道，並帶有葡萄的醇香，偶有礦物質味，也有黃油、蜂蜜以及柑橘類水果的味道，口感飽滿圓潤，清新絲滑，是現在新世界釀造霞多麗（Chardonnay）的典範。
該產區沒有特級葡萄園，卻以26個一級葡萄園聞名天下。一級葡萄園中名氣最大3個是Les Chames-dessus、Les Genevieres和Les Perrieres。這3個葡萄園釀制的酒品質極高，常常超過特級葡萄園的水準。

The 2018 Puligny Montrachet Les Trezin comes from a small parcel of vines that were planted in the early eighties and is located just under ‘La Garenne’. A beautiful nose that is floral and quite bright with notes of citrus, crisp white peach and pear. On the palate it is remarkably pure and fresh with layers of minerality and a long silky finish.

Tasting note: Super-fresh and bright notes of green apple, citrus and cool mineral reduction are complemented by the intense and well-delineated middle weight flavors that are shaped by lemon-tinged acidity on the stony, clean and nicely dry but not really austere finale. To enjoy young.

Tasting note: Touches of rosemary oil and resin add breadth to the mostly ripe white orchard fruit aromas. There is very good volume and intensity to the relatively refined medium weight flavors that possess focused power on the lingering finale. This would benefit from having better depth, but the underlying material appears to be present for that to gradually occur.
