Tasting note: A restrained, cool and elegant nose is comprised by notes of red currant, a pretty array of spice elements and a hint of lilac. The gorgeously refined and satiny middle weight flavors exude plenty of minerality that also suffuses the driving, detailed and beautifully persistent finish. A classic Chambolle of lace and grace.

Tasting Note:This premier cru blend, like its Vosne-Romanée counterpart, is very fine this year, offering up a lovely nose of creamy red fruit, venison and forest floor. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, concentrated and intense, its fine, chalky tannins cloaked in a rich, deep core of succulent fruit. This should age superbly.Drinking Window 2024 - 2038. Joseph Drouhin於Chambolle Musigny擁有Noirots, Hauts Doix, Borniques, Plantes以及Combottes等一級葡萄園。由於每塊佔地都非常小,只能將他們混釀,於是酒標上並不會出現一級園的葡萄地塊,而僅有Premier Cru而已。

為確保葡萄品質,全程以手工採收葡萄,並放在小型葡萄籃中細心運送至酒廠,避免葡萄受損,到釀酒廠後再進行一次人工篩選。使用溫控設備的酒槽浸皮約2~3週,同時利用葡萄原本附著的酵母進行發酵。杜亨酒莊著重於葡萄的萃取過程,畢竟酒色和酒質幾乎都取決於這個階段,又不能過度萃取而影響到其細緻的口感與傳統風味!為了讓酒質更加優雅細緻,壓榨後的葡萄酒便置於已風乾三年的法國橡木桶中熟成14到18個月,其中有20%的新桶。

Chambolle Musigny的酒款總是帶給人柔美、細緻如絲的印象,此酒酒色明亮,富有紫羅蘭、黑櫻桃與大地的氣息,某些特定年份甚至會有松露的清香,單寧細緻且柔順地平貼在舌尖,整體結構與酸度十分平衡,尾韻留有櫻桃等蜜餞氣息。

Tasting note: A distinctly ripe yet pure, elegant and still fresh nose consists of essence of red berries, spice elements and a hint of tea. There is evident minerality to the wonderfully textured middle weight flavors that are perhaps not quite as elegant as those of the villages yet there is better depth and length on the slightly firmer finish.

Tasting note: As one would reasonably expect this is much more elegant with its highly perfumed and ultra-pure essence of red currant and wide ranging floral elements that are trimmed in sandalwood and anise nuances. The stony and saline middle weight flavors possess laser-like delineation along with good richness and volume, all wrapped in a firm and ever-so-mildly austere finale that also makes it clear that this is built-to-age, indeed it will very like require 10 to 12 years of bottle age to reach its apogee. In a word, terrific.

Note: from 18 parcels in vineyards situated in Brochon and the northern sector of Gevrey with a few to the east that average approximately 60 years of age; these include Les Corvées, Reniard, Jouise, Sylvie, Champs Perriers, Carré Rougeaud, Combe de Lavaut, Fourneau, Murots, Billard and Creux Brouillard
Tasting note: This is decidedly more aromatically reserved with its nose of somber dark berry fruit, spice, game and earth scents. As is always the case, there is more size, weight, concentration and underlying material to the muscular flavors that culminate in a firm and backward but not hard or even youthfully austere finale. This built-to-age villages is worth checking out.

Tasting note: Like the Symphonie there is a trace of new wood setting off the more deeply pitched and slightly riper aromas of red and dark currant, earth and humus scents. There is also more volume to the sappy and attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that display only mild rusticity on the serious and built-to-age finale. Moderate patience will be required. Recommended.

但是他卻能釀出非常有個性的堅實酒風,特別是以22塊他認為最好的老藤葡萄園調配成的村莊級Mes Favorites,強勁-精緻-多變化如金字塔般均衡穩定 。

今天早上到Geverey-Chambertin村拜訪Alain Burguet,跟他握手時,你會發現他是一個多麼認真工作的人。他所釀造的一款Mes Favorites是我心目中最完美的Geverey-Chambertin村莊級紅酒,強勁、精緻、多變化卻如金字塔般均衡穩定。原因也許很簡單,除了晚近才有的一小片Chambertin Clos de Béze,他沒有特級葡萄園,連一級園都非常少,很少有其他知名的酒莊會跟他一樣把大部份的心血都花在釀造村莊級的葡萄酒上。

單一葡萄園確實常能表現獨特的風格,但混合調配不同的葡萄園卻能有更完美均衡的酒。Alain Burguet的Mes Favorites是從9公頃,分成三十多片的村莊級葡萄園中挑出22多片老樹釀成的酒,再精心調配在一起,自然釀成了超級完美的村莊級酒。

我確實認識不喝村莊級酒的人,如果你沒有那麼自命風雅,Alain Burguet的多款Geverey村的村莊級酒都很值得花一點時間仔細品嚐。

Alain Burguet的種植方式,全部採用生物動力法(Biodynamic),相信天體運行的力量會牽引葡萄的生長,堅持完全有機種植,這是由奧地利哲學家、科學家魯道夫•斯坦納在上世紀初發明的。

Tasting note: A discreet but not invisible touch of wood sets off the ripe and very fresh nose that is comprised by a mix of floral, spice, earth, game and various red and dark berry fruit scents. There is good power and a beguiling texture to the mineral-inflected and seductively rich medium weight flavors where the supporting tannins are relatively refined, all wrapped in a palate coating finish that delivers fine depth and length for a villages level wine. Recommended.

Tasting note: Here too there is strikingly pretty fruit that is very pinot in character yet the Gevrey side comes through as well with pungent earth and underbrush hints as well as a hint of the sauvage. There is a relatively refined mouth feel to the silky-textured medium weight flavors that culminate in a dry, clean, balanced and naturally sweet finish. If this can add depth it should merit the upper portion of my predicted range.

Tasting note: An overtly sauvage-inflected nose offers up intensely earthy aromas of plum, dark berry liqueur and a pretty array of spice nuances. The ultra-rich and velvety big-bodied flavors possess evident power and plenty of minerality on the gorgeously long if mildly warm finish that is less youthfully austere than it usually is.

Tasting note: This is reserved to the point of being all but inexpressive and it required considerable swirling to coax the dark berry fruit, warm earth, humus and gamy scents that are trimmed in a background touch of wood from the glass. The very rich, full-bodied and powerful flavors possess first-rate mid-palate concentration that flash more evident minerality on the serious, firmly structured, youthfully austere and beautifully persistence finish. This too is excellent but I underscore that it’s a ’buy and forget you own it Clos du Roi’.

獨厚之泉酒莊(Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine)成立於1879年,位於布根地夜丘(Cote de Nuits)和伯恩丘(Cote deBeaune)的交接處。
Christine Gruere-Dubreuil是酒莊第五代傳人同時也是現任莊主兼釀酒師,從監管從種植到釀造所有的運作都一手掌握,是布根地新生代釀酒師當中最出名的精英釀酒師,且被形容為「新生代鐵娘子」。

Tasting note: Relatively prominent wood fights a bit with the spicy and gamy dark berry fruit aromas that display a pungent earthiness. There is outstanding volume and excellent mid-palate concentration to the stony and muscular big-bodied flavors that deliver very fine persistence on the dusty, austere and very backward finish. This is also clearly going to require extended cellaring but everything is in place to reward exactly that.
