Domaine Cristian Serafin 算是一家年輕的酒莊，由老Serafin創立於1947年。現任莊主Cristian Serafin從1960年代初期就開始參與酒莊的工作，父子一起經營這家酒莊。1988年老Serafin過世後，Cristian釀製的酒更見卓越。

Cristian無論在葡萄園或是酒窖中都是一個完美主義者，投注了許多心力在釀製好酒上。Robert Parker即對這家酒莊有相當的好評，給予五顆星酒莊的評價。

Tasting note: There is a touch of reduction here as well with similar dark berry fruit and a hint of animale to the rich and vibrant flavors that deliver good finishing punch, underpinned by firm but balanced tannins. A quality villages that is attractive if not as gifted as the old vines cuvée.
