Dijon 自然派的超級新星 Domaine de la Cras
Domaine de la Cras位在法國布根地的重點觀光城市Dijon；布根地的政經中心。酒莊由Dijon市政府擁有。酒莊的釀酒師公開徵選，由才華出眾的自然派釀酒師Marc Soyard脫穎而出、並任莊主。其酒標上有個可愛的貓頭鷹，同時也是Dijon市的符號象徵。

Marc曾在超頂級 Jean-Yves Bizot的酒莊(Domaine Bizot)釀酒長達6年時間，Domaine Bizot是Vosne Romanee 的極品，它高調張揚又芬芳內斂的香氣讓人震撼，純正且複雜的果味輕易征服所有wine lover。Robert Parker：「毫無疑問，Jean-Yves Bizot 是值得被布根地愛好者銘記的釀酒師！」

在Domaine Bizot的工作經歷中，Soyard融入其葡萄酒釀酒哲學，還學習了有機農業，生物動力法，並在釀酒時施行“不干涉”理念。總的來說，la Cras與Domaine Bizot的釀酒理念是一樣的：尊重葡萄、尊重風土的釀酒方式。但la Cras並不是Domaine Bizot；Soyard希望la Cras是獨一無二。

該酒莊及其葡萄酒更引人注目的特點之一是，它們是目前市場上唯一可以在酒標上標注Coteaux de Dijon這個地理名稱的葡萄酒。 Originally from the Jura, Marc Soyard produced the first vintage at the Domaine de la Cras in 2014. He previously worked at the Domaine Bizot in Vosne Romanée. Marc has adopted the same natural philosophy set at the Domaine Bizot in the new reality in which he immersed himself.
