Pascal Marchand 是酒莊靈魂人物、上世紀80年代,在創建自有酒莊前,年紀尚輕即展露出釀酒天份!!曾在著名酒莊Domaine Comte Armand和Domaine de la Vougeraie工作,擔任酒莊總管。其間深受啟蒙老師Henry Jayer和Michel Lafarge啟發。90年代開始用Biodynamic的方法耕種並成功讓Comte Armand成為生物動力動力酒園。

Tasting note: Very strong reduction renders the nose unreadable in its present condition. I like both the volume and the velvety mouth feel of the medium weight flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality that continues onto the dusty and ever-so-slightly dry finish though in this case I attribute it more to the abundant gas than pronounced under ripeness.
