Tasting note: An elegant, airy and ntensely spicy and earth-inflected nose that is not only quite fresh and remains relatively primary as well. There is equally good youthfulness to the medium-bodied, intense and stony flavors that possess excellent depth and persistence on the balanced finish that flashes just a touch of austerity. To my preference this is still very much developing and while it could be enjoyed now thanks to the fine complexity, I would advise allowing this another 5 to 10 years of cellaring as it’s evolving quite slowly. In a word, outstanding.

Tasting note: This is as cool and restrained as the Clos St. Jacques though the nose is a good deal spicier and more complex with its mélange of floral, pomegranate, tobacco and broad range of red berry fruit scents. There is a really beguiling mix of detail, tension, power and volume to the big-bodied flavors that possess plenty of supporting dry extract on the saline, austere and beautifully balanced finale. I very much like the length but note well that this is not going to be an especially good candidate for early consumption.

Tasting note: This too is cool, elegant, spicy and even more complex with its range of airy red berries, underbrush, earth, sandalwood and anise nuances. There is excellent richness, power and mid-palate density to the big-bodied but not massive flavors that exhibit a subtle minerality on the mouth coating and hugely long finish. This is certainly an imposing wine yet the mouthfeel is one of class and grace and interestingly for such a young Bèze, there is virtually no austerity. Wow.

Tasting note: A bit more wood can be found on the super-spicy essence of red currant, lavender, anise and earth-suffused nose. There is first-rate volume and muscle as well as almost painful intensity to the broad-shouldered flavors that display outstanding power and focus on the delineated and hugely long finish. Domaine Bruno Clair創建於1979年,坐落在金丘(Cote d’Or)最北端的(Marsannay)村,是該產區內一座年輕的精品酒莊;也是金丘區重要的經典酒莊。

Tasting note: An overtly spicy and floral nose combines notes of various red berries with those of earth and soft wood. In contrast to the laser beam definition of a number of the prior wines here the palate feel is lush and round though there is still reasonably good detail on the powerful and intense finish where a touch of austerity serves to buffer the natural sweetness. Note that this is quite firmly structured and once again I would strongly advise against buying this unless you have the patience to store it for at least a decade.
