Gerard Raphet 與妻子Sylviane 在2002正式承接 父親 Jean Raphet的葡萄酒事業。 Domaine Gerard Raphet(傑哈瑞佛) 位於Morey St Denis,酒莊已傳承四代- 擁有12公頃葡萄園,多是典型的鈣質黏土,其耕作方法很傳統,從不用除草劑。不論傳統或者現代的方法,酒莊以葡萄酒的品質為唯一的目的,以尊重風土、尊重產區為大原則。 酒莊所有酒的釀制過程都是傳統的、完全自然的,採用踩皮法(用腳的那種)。最後的裝瓶也是全手工運作的,之前不做過濾。 隨著時間的推移,酒莊逐漸做大。Gerard Raphet 做酒莊秉持傳統的精耕細作的種植理念來管理葡萄園、它的葡萄酒顏色略淺,散發著泥土的自然樸實,風味清新,伴著迷人的果香和優雅的質感。the freshness and elegance of the fruit.
