（Mischief and Mayhem）是由英國夫婦Michael Ragg及Fiona以及Michael Twelftree三位對（Burgundy）葡萄酒極大熱情的好友，于2004年秋共同創立的。

Michael Ragg及Fiona從酒商開始發掘彼此共同興趣，從倫敦移居勃艮第Aloxe-Corton開展其釀酒事業。，而Michael Twelftree則是澳洲(Barossa Valley)知名酒莊(Two hands Wines）的共同創立者之一。

酒莊的宗旨是，竭盡全力向大眾提供Burgundy最棒的葡萄酒，使用精湛的釀造技術，釀造兼具優雅度和本地風土的葡萄酒。有點Two Hands的風格; 其大部分的葡萄均向各地葡萄農採購，但品嚐過後無一不肯定其努力成果。
