1850年，拉赫奇（Laroche）家族建立酒莊，如今已傳至家族第五代，由蜜雪兒·拉赫奇（Michel Laroche）與1967年正式接手，在他的帶領下，拉赫奇的葡萄園不斷擴大，從60年代的6公頃發展至了目前的100公頃，已具有相當的規模，葡萄酒出口至世界多個國家和地區。
酒莊的葡萄園位於夏布利和小夏布利（Petit Chablis）的各個地區，6公頃為特級園（Chablis Crand Cru），29.66公頃為一級葡萄園（Premier Cru），根據地理氣候共分為7種風土。葡萄園尊重自然風土，主要種植霞多麗（Chardonnay），且遵循低產量原則，適時對植株進行修剪。

莊目前共推出9款白葡萄酒，包括2個特級園（Crand Cru）和3個一級園（Premier Cru）酒款，其中克魯斯特級園（Grand Cru Les Clos）葡萄酒顏色金黃，邊沿帶有明亮的綠色，香氣濃郁複雜且細膩非常，口感集中，帶有蘋果花以及蜂蜜的風味，餘韻綿延悠長。布蘭卓茲特級園（Grand Cru Les Blanchots）酒香獨特精緻，散發出白色花朵，青草以及淡淡的香料氣息，酒體緊實有力量，口感豐富清新，餘韻和諧悠長。

此款酒是Laroche 酒莊精心釀制的一款白酒，口感柔順成熟，帶有可口的麵包、梨和甜瓜風味。2015年份的此款酒獲得的WA評分在90分，品質值得信賴。

The 2015 Chablis St Martin has what you might describe as a "dainty" nose at first, a little timid, but it soon finds it voice courtesy of its apple blossom and fresh pear aromas, perhaps with a hint of peppermint in the background. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity. I appreciate the tension of this Chablis: taut and linear, quite saline in the mouth and this serves to prolong the finish. This is a well-crafted and very delicious Chablis from Gregory Viennois and his team. This comes recommended.
