喬丹酒莊(Domaine Vincent Girardin)成立於1982年,起初莊園只擁有2公頃的葡萄藤,隨著酒莊不斷的發展,今天葡萄園的種植面積已經擴大到20公頃,分佈在勃艮第伯恩丘(Cote de Beaune)8個村莊的42塊土地上,而酒莊大部分的葡萄酒都來自這些村莊的特級園和一級園。遵循生物動力法的原則進行釀造和裝瓶。酒莊生產的白葡萄酒品質優良,帶有非常純粹的香味,同時酸度和豐富度也達到完美的平衡;而紅葡萄酒則擁有優雅的口感,濃郁的果味和柔順圓潤的單寧。

Note: from a very large 1.5 ha parcel situated in Au Chaniot and Peux Bois Tasting note: An elegant and admirably pure nose features notes of citrus, green apple and acacia blossom aromas. There is excellent concentration to the intensely mineral-driven flavors that possess so much dry extract that there is a borderline chewy character to the energetic and remarkably persistent finish that really fans out in the mouth. This is potentially an excellent Folatières that should reward up to a decade of cellaring.
