Domaine A & P de Villaine 是由布根地著名酒廠 Domaine de la Romanee Conti (簡稱 DRC )的莊主兼釀酒師，Aubert de Villaine 和夫人 Pamela 共同創立的酒莊。

布根地向來以 Chardonnay 和 Pinot Noir為主要釀酒品種，Aubert de Villaine 釀造布根地較冷門品種 "Aligote"，使其成為 Bouzeron 村唯一採用 Aligote 認證的法定產區 (AOC)。Aubert de Villaine 不但採用優質Aligote 老藤且有機種植，讓他成功釀製出極高品質並且能反映當地Terrior 的Bouzeron Aligote!!

Aligote通常是布根地最普遍的葡萄，在DRC酒莊主人Aubert de Villaine自己的酒莊使用與推動下，1979年在Cote Chalonnaise北部以Aligote釀酒的Bouzeron升級為村莊級的AOC。

Tasting note: A highly spiced nose of both white and yellow orchard fruit that also displays a hint of the exotic leads to very rich, round and plump flavors that are blessed with ample amounts of mid-palate fat. There is good freshness on the dry and clean finish that is utterly delicious. Worth considering.
