Pio Cesare是北義 Piedmont產區堅守古法的摩登名莊、作品以Barbaresco與Barolo的單一葡萄園最受人鍾愛，2002年獲選為全球十大酒莊之一。這款單一葡萄園Ornato,酒廠堅持只在葡萄品質絕佳的年份才釀造，正因如此，更顯出珍貴。

Splendid in sensory richness, baroque yet not at all ostentatious, Ornato displays complexity by alternating notes of jasmine, black plums, blackberries, bergamot, citronella, vetiver, sandalwood, cumin, and toasted hazelnuts. Many withered flowers describe the secondary scene, increasing its complexity and giving a classic touch to a graceful and flavorful wine. Medium to full-bodied, perfectly ripe tannins, and a savory finish of Mediterranean character. A true amphitheater in Serralunga d’Alba. Best from 2026.

Complex on the nose, offering a blend of ripe red berries, nutty minerals, orange-peel and spice. Some savory, almost meaty notes, too. Full, compact and intense, yet there’s a graceful feel to the palate, thanks to the really fine web of tannin. Super polish and promise here. Classy. Needs some time.
