Leflaive的Chardonnay白酒花香迷人,質地柔滑,風味緊致,陳年潛力頗大,混合著檸檬、礦石及些許燻烤味道的熱帶果香。是Burgundy White公認逸品。 |

2011’ BH Score: 91 /Tasted: Jun 15, 2014 /Drink: 2019+/Issue: 55/♥Outstanding
Note: Leflaive is the largest holder of Clavoillon with a whopping 4.8 ha parcel that averages 40+ years of age
Tasting note: A markedly floral and distinctly riper nose displays notes of white peach, apricot and pain grillé trimmed in pretty citrus notes. There is good concentration to the sappy and mouth coating medium-bodied flavors where there is a real sense of volume and dry extract. The 2011 version is a relatively powerful wine and is really quite good.
2012’ BH Score: 89-92 /Tasted: Jun 15, 2014 /Drink: 2019+ /Issue: 55
Note: Leflaive is the largest holder of Clavoillon with a whopping 4.8 ha parcel that averages 40+ years of age
Tasting note: A touch of pain grillé frames the impressively broad nose of acacia blossom, mandarin orange peel, white peach and a hint of menthol. The generous proportioned, round and delicious medium weight flavors possess solid mid-palate concentration as well as a seductive texture before culminating in a delicious and notably dry but not austere finish. This isn’t especially complex at present though my range offers the benefit of the doubt that more depth will develop with time in bottle.
2013’ BH Score: 89-91 / Tasted: Jun 15, 2015 / Drink: 2020+ / Issue: 59 / ♥ Outstanding
Note: from several different lieux-dits, 30% of which is from Brélance with major contributions from Les Tremblots and Grands Champs
Tasting note: Here the nose plays right on the edge of exoticism with its notes of fresh white and yellow orchard fruit, in particular white peach, along with acacia blossom and jasmine hints. There is a really lovely texture to the bright, intense and delicious medium weight flavors that exudes a fine bead of minerality onto the sappy, balanced and lingering finale.
2014’ BH Score: 90-93/Tasted: Jun 15, 2016/Drink: 2022+/Issue: 63/ ♥Outstanding
Note: Leflaive is the largest holder of Clavoillon with a whopping 4.8 ha parcel that averages 40+ years of age
Tasting note: Relatively firm reduction knocks down the nose and about all that can be said is that the underlying fruit seems ripe. Otherwise the rich, generously proportioned, fleshy and full-bodied flavors are solidly concentrated and a bit more mineral-driven than usual while ending in an intense, attractively textured and impressively lingering finish. This stylish effort displays lovely balance and a fine sense of underlying tension and overall, this is notably more complex than it usually is at this early stage.
2016’ BH Score: 90-92 /Tasted: Jun 15, 2018 /Drink: 2023+ / Issue: 71
Note: Leflaive is the largest holder of Clavoillon with a whopping 4.8 ha parcel that averages 40+ years of age
Tasting note: Enough reduction is present to push the underlying fruit to the background. Otherwise there is a similar sense of energy to the slightly rounder and softer medium-bodied flavors that aren’t quite as mineral-driven or complex but do offer fine persistence on the balanced finish. This should be approachable young if desired.
