法國勃根地 Domaine Robert Groffier (Morey-St-Denis)

Amoureuses在法語是“愛”的意思，Les Amoureuses因此也被翻譯成“愛侶園”。很多人都說，喝了愛侶園的酒，就會墜入愛河；還有一些人說“愛侶園”是充滿愛意的葡萄酒。它就像盛開的花束，擁有獨一無二的香氣。不論如何，愛侶園被認為是可以跟“Musigny"相媲美的葡萄酒。
Robert Groffier 是著名的愛侶園的最大地主 
Amoureuses 是 “愛” 的意思，風格上接近 Musigny，芳香、柔順、濃厚，風格偏女性化，令 Les Amoureuses 愛侶園的售價水漲船高- 往往勝過特級園(Grand Cru)。
Les Amoureuses 位於 Musigny 的旁邊，於 Musigny 的斜坡向下，便是 Les Amoureuses，斜坡繼續向下，連接 Vougeot。

Robert Groffier坐落於Morey St Denis村內，但擁有的葡萄園大部分都位於Chambolle Musigny以及Gevery Chamebertin產區，釀製勃根地最高水準的葡萄酒。漫畫「神之雫」中曾多次描寫到Robert Groffier的葡萄酒。
老莊主Robert從14歲開始就和父親一起釀酒，目前交棒給兒子Serge與孫子Nicolas，酒廠擁有包括一級Amoureurses愛侶園，以及2個頂級園Chambertin Clos de Beze頂級園Bonnes Mares，共約7公頃的葡萄園。

除了兩塊頂級園之外， Groffier最出名的莫過於Chambolle Amoureuses愛侶園(Groffier也是愛侶園的最大地主，在這塊僅有五公頃大小的葡萄園裡佔盡1/5的土地)，愛侶園雖是一級酒園，但品質絕對勝過很多頂級園

在Bonnes Mares旁另外有一個一級園-Les Sentiers (小Bonnes Mares)，在Amoureurses旁有一級園Haut Doix (小愛侶園)。其品質接近相鄰的名園，品質優秀各有千秋。

Groffier的酒通常較早熟易飲，擁有奔放稠密的紅色果實果味以及獨特的雅致風格，吸引著勃根地酒迷的目光

Robert Groffier’s 2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Amoureuses was tasted blind in a line-up of 2011 Amoureuses in Holland. It has a deep ruby color, but the nose is far more backward than the first two wines, a little more herbaceous and tertiary (perhaps with some more stem addition?) but still well-defined. But it is certainly less flamboyant than Drouhin and Lucien le Moine’s Amoureuses ’11, though returning on my second run-through, the wine unfurls supremely well and gains intensity. The palate is very intense and very fresh, very citric with good tension, although it does not quite have the complexity that the aromatics suggest. Reticent and masculine, this needs 4-5 years in bottle. Tasted June 2014.
