Chassagne Montrachet 夏山-夢哈榭 與 Puligny 普里尼村 緊臨而居, 一起分享Montrachet & 以及 Bartard Montrachet 也是頂尖白酒產區。
這裡的白酒風格與Puligny 普里尼村接近, 口感較柔順-也有細緻表現與耐久實力。這個產區只有一個特級園 Criots-Montrachet ;風格細緻優美。
位於村南地區因地質關係,反而以生產紅酒為主。
其中以 Clos St. Jean & Morgeot ,Clos de la Boudriotte 三個壹級園最為著名.
« Chassagne Montrachet Rouge » 1er Cru Morgeot 2012 -這是來自Beaune優質白酒產區~難得的Premier Cru <一級園>紅酒佳釀/ 使用生物動力法進行種植。該莊園現已通過有機農業認證。

Tasting note: A deeply pitched and brooding nose is comprised of dark currant, pungent earth and subtle sauvage hints. There is excellent power and volume to the concentrated medium weight flavors that possesses an opulent mouth feel that contrasts significantly with the serious, intense and solidly structured and extract-rich finish. As is virtually always the case this is less elegant than the Clos St. Jean but offers more size and weight. A qualitative choice.
Domaine Morey- Coffinet-位於Chassagne-Montrachet最棒-最精彩的區域- 由Michel Morey - (Marc Morey兒子) 成立於1970年末 。
目前的釀酒師是Michel的兒子-Thibault Morey-他十分傾心於巴哈、韋瓦第和蕭邦。他不但懂得聆聽，甚至能演繹他們的音樂，且總是能抓到精隨-他形容自己釀製的酒是「純潔且優雅」“fine and elegant”。目前年產量僅55,000瓶-其中70%為白酒-30%為紅酒
酒莊早在2004年就完全棄用除草劑(desherbant)，而開始為紅葡萄設計種植排列表以抑制數量。如果把種種革新放在一塊兒看，就會發現Domaine Morey-Coffinet實在是Côté de Beaune裡最迷人的酒莊之一。
