Domaine Prieure Roch (台灣泛稱”菜刀酒莊”)于1988年由Henry-Frederic Roch創立。他是布根地赫赫有名Lalou Bize-Leroy女士的侄子，同時是Leroy家族在DRC酒莊的代表，與Aubert de Vaillain共同擔任聯席莊主。
顯赫地經驗背景讓『菜刀酒莊』自始即成為傳奇、其最大的特色在於成熟純淨的黑皮諾，還有玫瑰和紫羅蘭香味。
在Yannick Champ 和他的團隊帶領下，該酒莊遵循Henry-Frederic Roch自1988 年起注入的精神，不使用任何合成產品（採用生物動力法）進行葡萄栽培或釀酒。通過對葡萄藤極致的關注以及全串釀造技術（不添加亞硫酸鹽），酒莊的純正且感性的葡萄酒已享譽全球。每一瓶酒都是一次罕見的味覺體驗。
