Domaine Pierre Amiot et Fils位於Morey-Saint-Denis村、酒莊至今已薪傳五代，酒莊目前共持有八公頃葡萄園， 85%位於Morey-Saint-Denis，剩餘15%則分布於Gevrey-Chambertin。
 Morey-Saint-Denis村位於Gevrey-Chambertin之南，Chambolle-Musigny之北。夾在布根地一王一后中間，使得這顆明珠顯得有些暗淡。但與相鄰的尊貴地塊村莊相比，Morey-Saint-Denis葡萄酒整體價格要便宜很多，性價比非常高。
酒莊對一級園葡萄酒會使用30%的新橡木桶進行熟化，而特級園葡萄酒則會使用50%的新橡木桶進行熟化。目前，Pierre Amiot et Fils父子酒莊每年的年均產量約為2,500箱，酒莊釀造的葡萄酒很好地反映出Burgundy的風土特色，而老藤葡萄樹使得酒莊的葡萄酒品質極高，深受消費者的喜愛。
