 Robert Arnoux 這個名字自19世紀以來就一直是Vosne Romanee 村的一個傑出代表。Arnoux 酒莊的葡萄來自著名的Nuits Saint Georges ，V. Romanee村，C.Musigny，另外還有一小部分來自Beaune村。
『葡萄酒』一書如此描述Arnoux酒莊，”This is one of the very best domaines of an exceptional village”，即指他是在頂級產區裡最好的酒莊之一。
老莊主 Robert 在 1995 年去世，由其女婿 Pascal Lachaux (Pascal娶了 Florence Arnoux 之後才開始投身釀酒) 接掌後大肆整頓，酒廠原本崇尚自然主義，Pascal 接手後則轉為有機方式栽種葡萄，重視低產量，除去多餘蕾苞，必要時剪除葡萄顆粒等新式作法。2007年起改名為 Arnoux Lachaux-
  Pascal成績斐然-釀製出酒廠有史以來最出類拔萃的頂級佳釀，更積極拓展酒莊業務，令所出產的美酒品種更見豐富繁多。除此以外，Pascal的成就並不限於Domaine酒廠業務，他創立了Pascal Lachaux小型酒商公司 ，專門生產Domaine Arnoux企業以外的美酒產品。
